i would just say to leave the bright spots out of the dead center, it really allows for a much better composition if you altered it just a little bit
although i really do like the grunge-ish-ness of the bottom half or so, especially the right corner and the text, how its like broken up and sort of worn away
iunno, i think its pretty good actually, good contrast and very nice use of a top and bottom border
