alright guys. I promised i would show off some of my drafting work so here it is. All drawings are drawn at full scale, unless otherwise stated. To the get the pics i just took screens of ACAD, it is the only way i know how to do it.

This first on is my floor plan. Its the first thing we had to make. Basically we got to draw whatever kind of house we wanted. It just had to include the basics.



This next one is the roof plan. And its the second thing we made. Once we got our general floor plan layed out, and the teacher approved it. We were told to start drawing the roof plan. As you can see i have



And Next we had to make sectionals of each side of the house. First we did the back of the house, on the board (by hand), and then both sides. And then we were told to go make the front on ACAD. From there we had to render the front of the house with trees, material symbols, the works. I'll scan that pic later. For now here is my front sectional.



I still have several other drawings to show you guys, actually 15 to be exact. And i plan on uploading them too. I just need to bring my portfolio home after the end of the trimester (next week).

But, here is a sneek peak of my latest work. Lots of detail, and a pain in the ass. A 2 point perspective of the rear of my house at man's eye view.

But anyway really nice drafting are you actually going to be doing the textures or is it going to be purely 3D line tour? I really have abosulutly no idea what autocad for I just know it means auto computer aided design :/

its a vector program. I know this because i use it daily. As for materials, we hand draw them after we plot the views. But yeah, you can do 3d stuff in autocad too. Its pretty sweet.

I had to draw stuff like that in metal shop. God I loved that class. Pretty cool though.

oh god i hated using autocad.
was good for drawing logos and stuff, dropping it into ps and coloring it^_^
