this took about 5 hours to do the whole thing, and i am EXTREMELY happy with the outcome. well, you guys know what to do.

well, everything except the sprite. took that from GSarchives.com, but other than that, yea. I just used all the default round fuzzy brushes and smudging, with color balance layers and what not.

not bad at all, although i dont really like the sprite. it would be cooler if he was more realistic looking, or more cartoon looking, and less blocky.

hehe i know what you guys mean. i dont like it either but i'll have a fixed one up in not too long. dude at another site gave me an amazing sprite sheet, and it has that same stance, so i just gotta slap another sprite on it. will be up in a few minutes.

ok, here we go, i put a new background on, deleted some of the middle beam so the 2 outer beams look swirlier, changed the sprite, and fixed up the blast at the end a little bit. i dont know which sprite looks better, the spikey hair one:

or the normal hair one:

i kinda like the normal one

i think i may put the spikey hair back on, but smooth it out some, cuz i think it looks too pixelated, which is the reason i dont like it.

nah, i dont really like the sprites either, i guess its just because they look too simple, compared to the blast. they just dont fit each other. i think i may try to find a PS2 sprite so it fits a lil better
