The only two I know is
Milk Man - Aphex Twin
Squeeze me Macaroni - Mr. Bungle

That kind of music that will have you saying what the fuck or laughing but enjoying it.

Atom & His Package is kind of absurd too...

I hope this is helping. I don't have either of the songs you mentioned, so I'm not totally clear on what you mean by absurd.
