Cloverfield

Jesus. Fucking. CHRIST.

I'm not going into detail, but I will say this.

I've never been to a movie that can literally make me yell "OH SHIT", "HOLY FUCK", and "FUCK" out loud, and I did at least 16 times in this movie.

SEE IT..

NOW..

Actually, I see where they could be coming from. But I'd still recommend it.

I was going to see this tonight until my mother was totally unfair and said I couldn't stay out until 2:30, and come home drunk.

Re: Cloverfield

it made me shit bricks. however, there were a bunch of 7th grade girls mitching and boaning in front of me, so I'd give it a 1/10.

Re: Cloverfield

I've heard from multiple sources that it is really lame and overhyped.

It wasn't a Godzilla-ish monster movie. That's the point.

First off

Fuck you good sir.

Cause Godzilla has always been my favorite series of movies, and remains my favorite until something better can match it's magnificence.

And second off it was an incredibly good movie, you just have no respect for giant monster movies.

Re: Cloverfield

There really are a number of movies I need to see.

A friend of mine was telling me about how great Juno was. Though, based on how she described it, I figure it to be another O.C. remake. I mean, a girl "accidentally" get laid and has to deal with her mistakes: how unoriginal! Sounds like all that other crap that's on teevee 24/7. Apparently, and to some knowledge beyond my intellect, it is not like every other thang on cable. In fact, heh, I get an email from Facebook every time one of my friends rates a movie on the movie application I added. Quite a bit of people enjoyed from what I hear, so I may just give a chance.

Also, I really want to check 'The Bucket List'. I don't think one gets the chance to see both Morgan Freeman and Jack Nicholson in the same damn film. Who knows - maybe its not all its made out to be. But the concept is certainly interesting. Has anyone seen this one yet?

And not to mention 'Cloverfield', rofl.

I need to hit the cinema very soon. I think the last movie I was 'I am Legend'. That was pretty decent the first but not the second time, in the case that there were seventh grade girl in front of doc and I. That right there just about ruins the entire movie experience. So hopefully I'll get more lucky with this next one.

Thanks for the review thus far, guys.
