Can't wait

In short, tomorrow I'm turning 18 and my father wants to get me a gift to be help me later in life. I've finally made the decision to do graphic design as an occupation. I'm really anxious because... I'm getting a Wacom Tablet! I know I haven't talked to any of you guys in awhile and you probably barely remember me at this point and give a rats ass. However, you guys probably can share the excitement with me

I'm going to have go with the Bamboo Medium. The Intuos 3 seems really nice, but it's a little too pricey. The only significant thing that stuck out to me though was the fact that the Intuos 3 has twice the pressure sensitivity. If any of you guys tried both of them though, I'd like to hear some feedback.

Just lots of stuff I been neglecting to do my entire life, trying to make everything right before I move out and become independent. Partially independent that is, I have room mates. I don't have the GPA to get a scholarship so I'm studying for the ACT to compensate for that and join a community college. So this point I'm trying to get myself in one piece and get back on the tracks

That's awesome dude, tabbies are awesome, I remember when I got mine I was all giddy and drew a really shitty wolf.

But yeah I actually have the Intuos 3, it's a lotta fun, and as you said it is very sensitive. If you do it right you can almost mimic a pencil drawing perfectly, but I'm sure the other tabbies are just as efficient if that isn't in your price range.

I had to sacrifice most of my Christmas presents 3 or 4 years ago for it. :[

You're gunna love it.

And I remember you too. D:

You did great pixel art at one point, and Sushi as well.

i've used mine maybe 10 times in the 2 years i've had it.. and two of those were definitely drawings of penises

It's so sad, I have my new tablet and I don't know what to draw at all

Hopefully after the nerdgasm I can start drawing :O Right now I'm just messing around with the settings.

Haven't drawn anything still. I spent the day at my girlfriend's house for my second part of my birthday. I unwrapped a new Rouge 6 String Bass and found out that she is definately a keeper

Well, I have two hobbies I can expand upon now. Hope to give you a listen and sight of something soon.
