havent really done this in a while, but i reinstalled photoshop cs5 and started dicking around with a 5 value piece, but its more of a rough doodle for future plans of a larger piece.
I was going to do something of a group of figures in different poses and color schemes. Anyway, heres my ~20 min ish sketch.
Its a good start, reminds me of avatar. You have some skillz with drawing the human form!
im kinda just dicking around with this one.. im not too happy with it.
I did look at a reference photo for it, but i cant seem to find the picture.sad.

unfortunantly, my illustration degree isnt going as planned so im having some issues getting settled (again)

Yeah, i hear that. I've been lucky enough to have my bills kind of paid for up until this semester by my fathers G.I. Bill, but that shits gone now so im looking for students to teach drum lessons too
