A major problem is the colors. As much as I support the Orange and Blue (my city's football team colors, whatever), they just don't mix in that way.

Another thing that really bugs me is the font. Try to avoid anything that flashy, font/text is a really important thing, that can make or break a sig. Go for the simple stuff, and have it just be a tag to identify your sig with, without being the focus of the sig; ie.- not something that draws the attention away.
