Forum Upgrade, some site design changes coming...

Hey all I've upgraded the forums so there are some new forum features you might want to take a look at. Particularly more user interactive / social features. I'll see if I can get the form text up to a decent size here ASAP as well.

Making small changes here and there.

I haven't gotten a definite grasp on what I want the site index to be. Probably just a publishing place... More updates soon.

very nice new front for the site! the "logout" is half hidden on the parent page. the "upgrade" goes to a 404. and the tutorial section looks worse, only because of the non-categorization. I really need to get back into the visual swing *digital anyways. And further my art, and make a few tutorials for vdc. I wish I had more time/momentum to do such things, but lately school+work+legal+personal=tired. I will see what I can cook up soon though.

The switch from grey of the main site to white of the forums bugs me personally, but it's a start.

forum skin hasn't been updated. It will compliment the look of the front page.

@luz:

The nav items by your ava are supposed be the same as the current forum navbar, Something changed across the stylesheets / templates and I haven't isolated where yet. But it will be fixed soon.

I'm going to be moving these site updates into a side column / secondary position and new content or blog posts will take center stage, along with new uploaded content.

I have visions for this gallery system, and its pretty basic atm, but it works. Oh and if you have image 12, i need it

wtf, where is the connection? That was the whole point of that thing. (that I totally stole from another site :P)

you need to fix that chain up bad. but it looks good. if you are going to use that style of web design may i suggest making the lp linkable to the next (following) image?

Dude, its a gallery system. Vdchain is just an example becuase we already had multiple images that belong to the 'vdchain' gallery.

Custom CSS on the galleries will come soon, so the 'chain' effect will be noticeable / duplicated on a per gallery basis.

And yeah, its basic at the moment, but next / previous image buttons will come soon.

Oh and please cut down on the Double and Tripple posting. You can EDIT your posts you know...
