Mr. Martinson:

Thanks for writing. You need to be aware that filtering is not an exact
science by any means. The site you posted doesn't appear to be
inappropriate at all. For some reason, the filter system picked up
something that made it appear that child pornography was on the site.

I contacted the filter administrator (the filters are run by the state of
North Dakota) and asked him to verify the site is acceptable and, if so,
approve the block removal. You'll find it's now open again for your use.

There are a lot of sites that routinely get blocked inadvertently because
filters are not perfect. We are always ready to remove any such blocks.
Please pass along to your colleagues that when a site is blocked, you can
always ask why. In many cases, it's an error and we get it unblocked.

If there's a valid reason the site is being blocked, I can share the
specifics with the requester. While the reason may not be what they want
to hear, at least they will know it was not inadvertent.
