DO NOT abuse our system. Don't upload, or post any Content resembling Porn, Copyrighted Material, Harassment, or Spam. If you do, we will ban you, delete all your images, and prevent you from viewing any images hosted on VisualDesignCore.

2. Definitions

1. 'VisualDesignCore' refers to this website, and excludes its owners, and operators.
2. 'Files' refers to any document that has the potential to be uploaded to VisualDesignCore.
3. 'Content' refers to any postings created and made public on the VisualDesignCore website by a User.
4. 'User' refers to any individual accesses the VisualDesignCore website.
5. 'URL' refers to the location of any file located on VisualDesignCore's servers.

3. Image Hosting Terms of Service

VisualDesignCore reserves the right to delete or change any uploaded files, and assumes no liability for lost or misplaced file URLs. Changing the generated image codes is prohibited without legal consent by a VisualDesignCore administrator.

VisualDesignCore of our service will get your images removed. The following content constitutes abuse of the VisualDesignCore image hosting service, and is prohibited under this TOS:

• Files that depict Pornography. This includes, but is not limited to, files showing genitalia, nudity, or sexual situations.
• Files that are illegal and/or are in violation of any United States laws.
• Files that infringe on others copyrights
• Non-image or non-swf files. This includes archived non-image files.
• Files intending to harass or spam, or promote anything for commercial profit.

Any sites that promote abusive content will be banned from showing any images originating from VisualDesignCore, and a placeholder image will be shown in its place.

Uploading abusive files may result in the immediate termination or banning from the use of the VisualDesignCore website and related services.

To report any type of abuse, send the VisualDesignCore Staff an email using the Report Abuse page.

4. Privacy Policy

All user information is kept private. VisualDesignCore reserves the right to distribute aggregate User data, but no personal information will ever be released without the Users consent. However, VisualDesignCore reserves the right to release User information if said User violoates the Terms of Service, if the User has committed unlawful acts, if the information is subpoenaed, or if VisualDesignCore deems it necessary or appropriate.

5. Legal Policy

VisualDesignCore's Terms of Service are subject to change without notice.

All content is © to their repective owners and authors. VisualDesignCore redirects all legal responsibility of files, or posted content to their respectful owners and authors. All other content is © VisualDesignCore unless otherwise stated. VisualDesignCore is not responsible for any uploaded files, or associated with any entities that may be represented in said uploaded files.

Absolutely NO part of the VisualDesignCore website may be duplicated, reproduced, or recreated without expressed, written consent by the operators of VisualDesignCore.

6. Indemnity

User agrees to indemnify and hold VisualDeignCore harmless from any loss, liability, claims, damages and expenses, including attorneys fees, arising from or related to the content, use, or deletion of User's Files or use of any other feature or service. This expressly includes:

• User's responsibility for any and all liability arising from the violation or infringement of proprietary rights or copyrights.
• Any defamatory or unlawful material contained within User's Files.

7. Maintenance & Downtime

VisualDeignCore may perform maintenance services as VisualDesignCore deems reasonably necessary. User acknowledges that such maintenance may require downtime. VisualDeignCore will attempt to provide prior notice of the maintenance downtime, except in the case that circumstances beyond VisualDeignCore's control limit the ability to do so.

Downtime implies that content hosted by VisualDesignCore will become unavailable during the length of said downtime.
